Elevated Performance is a 3100 sq. foot facility located in West St. Louis County at Hwy 270 and Manchester Rd. Owned by Jon 'Crash' Benne. This state of the art performance center offers one-on-one strength and conditioning.

BIO
Jon 'Crash' Benne opened Elevated Performance in 2011 after spending 15 years working in the NHL with the St. Louis Blues. Crash received his degree in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from Missouri Baptist University.
He has worked with athletes across a broad range of sports including, NHL, Olympic, Collegiate, NFL, NBA, AHL, Professional Lacrosse, Arena Football, as well as many youth athletes in the St. Louis area. Certifications include CSCS, FMS, and PICP.
